Prostate is a gland about the size of a walnut, located under the bladder. There is no prostate diet as such, but a healthy way of eating takes care of host of diseases such as cancer, heart disease, metabolic syndrome, diabetes and high blood pressure. If consumed consistently, plant-based diet including fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, seasoning, spices and whole foods can decrease the chances of having prostate problems, and improve the overall prostate gland health.

Taking some key vitamins on daily basis can reduce the risk of getting prostate cancer.
